InspectorToolbox is an informational reference tool for common workplace safety inspection practice. It is not legal advice, not a substitute for a licensed or certified inspector, and not a determination of compliance with any law, code, or standard. Frequency baselines and gap bands are original summaries of common practice — your Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), insurer, and the current editions of applicable codes and standards take precedence.
Content and citations
All checklist items, duty summaries, and gap criteria are in-house original descriptions — no regulation or standard text is reproduced. Citations (e.g. 29 CFR sections, NFPA 80) are pointers for locating official text; always verify against the current official edition for your jurisdiction.

Tool inputs are stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for your own recordkeeping backups; clearing browser data or using private browsing will remove or bypass local storage.
